Yes, Casa Campus provides fully separate blocks and wings for Boys and Girls to ensure complete privacy, comfort, and security. Each wing has its own dedicated resident warden.
We have a transparent 1-month security deposit policy. The security deposit is fully refundable at the end of the tenancy. The standard lock-in period is 3 months.
Yes, our monthly rent is all-inclusive of 4 fresh meals daily (Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks, and Dinner). The menu changes weekly to ensure nutritious, hygienic, and home-like variety.
Parents are welcome to visit during day hours (10:00 AM - 07:00 PM). Friends are allowed in the common areas and rooftop lounge during visiting hours. Overnight stay for parents is permitted with prior approval from the warden.
Absolutely. Daily professional room cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and laundry services (washing + ironing, twice a week) are fully covered in your monthly subscription without any extra charges.
